McDonald’s Worldwide Convention 2022: Creative Direction for a Global Reunion

For McDonald’s Worldwide Convention 2022 in Orlando, FL, I led a team of creatives in crafting the event’s theme and visual identity, marking the first global reunion in four years. The convention brought together 15,000 owner/operators, corporate staff, agencies, and suppliers from 119 countries, celebrating their collective journey and resilience.

In collaboration with McDonald’s Agency 123, we revitalized creative concepts from the canceled 2020 convention and integrated global and U.S. brand guidelines to deliver a fresh, authentic, and celebratory vision. The creative toolkit we developed provided a cohesive framework for all brand moments, interactive displays, and event content, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience across the convention.

This project exemplifies the power of thoughtful creative direction in fostering meaningful connections on a global scale.
