October 2021 rolls in and iconic NYC restaurant, Serendipity3, was exploring ways to reinvigorate their brand and expand their line of signature ice cream. They were looking to get Gen Z’s attention through strategic partnerships with Gopuff and/or co-owner, Selena Gomez.
Lacking a proper asset library and briefing at the beginning of major strategic and creative redirecting, our team was tasked with developing paid and organic Instagram content that explored current partnership opportunities and the brand’s current identity in a bolder, more relatable way.
